WLSVitamins started differently: Dr. Jefferson Vaughan, MD, FACS, a board-certified general surgeon who spent 30 years performing weight loss surgery — including service as a Navy surgeon aboard the USS Kitty Hawk during Desert Storm — got tired of watching his patients get generic supplement advice from store clerks who didn't understand the unique absorptive challenges of a surgically altered digestive system.
